To the best of my knowledge, my Dad Joseph... Between 1924 to 1927 was Under Sheriff for Huron County. While sheriff he stopped two prisoners from escaping through a hole they made in the prison wall. Another time he was bringing a prisoner in, when the prisoner tried to run away. He recaptured him.		l927 - 1929 He was a sugar beet contractor and field man for the Michigan Sugar Co. He was a politician, and Justice of the Peace. 1929 - 1932 He had a grocery store in Parisville. 1932 Went back to his farm until his death in 1942. The farm was a Centennial Farm in 1975, owned by the Gliniecki Family for 100 years.
